Birdshot Uveitis Society of North America

Birdshot Uveitis is a rare non-infectious autoimmune disease that affects the eyes. Fewer than 1 in 200,000 people are affected, and Caucasian women over the age of 40 are its largest demographic. There is no cure. To learn more about the disease, click here.
Researchers have recently learned that virtually all people with this disease share a genetic marker,
